Job summary

Pacific National is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead frontline train crews and oversee day-to-day operations in the Queensland Coal team based in Coppabella. You will drive safe, efficient and reliable service delivery while fostering a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Full Australian working rights.

• Strong communication and people management skills.

• Experience managing employee relations and workplace matters.
• Ability to work flexibly to support operational requirements.
• Rail industry experience is desirable but not essential.

About your new role
