Job summary

Roll’d Vietnamese in Queensland is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to help us deliver fresh, family-made Vietnamese eats and great guest experiences. You’ll welcome customers, take orders, and ensure everyone enjoys their visit while we serve bánh mì, phở, and rice paper rolls.

As a Supervisor you’ll lead a small team, help with food preparation, keep the venue clean and well‑stocked, and handle the cash register and payments.

Responsibilities

• Help our customers feel welcome, take orders, and make sure they’re having a great time while they’re with us.
• Get hands-on with making fresh, tasty Vietnamese rolls and bowls – we’ve got the recipes, you bring the energy.
• Keep the place looking clean and on-point – whether it’s the kitchen, the counters, or the dining area.
• Handle the cash register, process payments, and keep everything smooth when it comes to transactions.
• Lead a fun, chill team to keep everything running smoothly and deliver top-notch service, even when it gets busy!
