Job summary

Genesis Minerals Limited is seeking a capable Projects Supervisor to lead site-based capital works and coordinate contractor activities at our Leonora operations. The role focuses on safe delivery, on-time execution, and staying within budget while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.

You will supervise contractor groups, support planning and scheduling, and ensure compliance and quality across project delivery, contributing to continuous improvement and robust reporting on site.

Job Summary Job Statement

We are growing, and we're looking for a capable and hands-on Projects Supervisor to join our site-based Projects team. This is a key role responsible for leading contractor workgroups and delivering capital projects that directly support safe and efficient mining operations. Reporting to the Senior Projects Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard - while contributing to a culture grounded in accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement. The Opportunity: You'll take ownership of supervising contractors and coordinating project execution across a range of site-based capital works. Working closely with Project Engineers and key stakeholders, you'll ensure strong alignment between planning, delivery and operational priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising contractor workgroups to deliver projects safely, on schedule and within scope
• Driving a strong safety culture through proactive hazard identification and risk management
• Supporting project planning, scheduling and execution activities
