Job summary

Genesis Minerals Limited is seeking a capable Projects Supervisor to join the site-based Projects team in Laverton, WA. You will lead contractor workgroups and drive capital project delivery that supports safe mining operations.

Reporting to the Senior Projects Engineer, you will ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to high standards, fostering accountability and continuous improvement on site.

We are growing, and we're looking for a capable and hands‑on Projects Supervisor to join our site‑based Projects team. This is a key role responsible for leading contractor workgroups and delivering capital projects that directly support safe and efficient mining operations.

Reporting to the Senior Projects Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard—while contributing to a culture grounded in accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.

The Opportunity:

You'll take ownership of supervising contractors and coordinating project execution across a range of site‑based capital works. Working closely with Project Engineers and key stakeholders, you'll ensure strong alignment between planning, delivery and operational priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising contractor workgroups to deliver projects safely, on schedule and within scope
• Driving a strong safety culture through proactive hazard identification and risk management
• Supporting project planning, scheduling and execution activities
• Monitoring contractor performance, compliance and quality standards
• Ensuring accurate record keeping and project reporting
• Contributing to scope development, design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

You're a practical, safety-focused leader with a strong background in mining or construction environments. You're confident working across multiple stakeholders and take pride in delivering high‑quality outcomes.
