Job summary

Genesis Minerals Limited in the Leonora District of Western Australia is seeking a capable Projects Supervisor to lead site-based capital works, supervise contractors, and drive safe, on‑time delivery within budget.

Reporting to the Senior Projects Engineer, you will align planning with operations, manage contractor performance and quality, and contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement on a FIFO roster from Perth.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising contractor workgroups and delivering capital projects.
• Strong safety leadership and hazard/risk management experience.
• Ability to coordinate planning, delivery and operational priorities at site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractor workgroups to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Drive safety culture and risk management on site.
• Support project planning, scheduling and execution activities.
• Monitor contractor performance, compliance and quality.
• Maintain accurate records and project reporting.
• Contribute to scope development, design reviews and continuous improvement.
