Job summary

Genesis Minerals Limited is seeking a capable Projects Supervisor to lead site-based capital works and coordinate contractor activities at our Leonora operations. The role focuses on safe delivery, on-time execution, and staying within budget while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.

You will supervise contractor groups, support planning and scheduling, and ensure compliance and quality across project delivery, contributing to continuous improvement and robust reporting on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervising contractor workgroups to deliver projects safely, on schedule and within scope.

• Supporting project planning, scheduling and execution activities.
• Monitoring contractor performance, compliance and quality standards.
• Ensuring accurate record keeping and project reporting.
• Contributing to scope development, design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
