Northern Grampians Shire Council is seeking a highly skilled Supervisor Plant and Mechanic Workshop to lead the plant and workshop maintenance across assets in the region. This permanent, full-time role is based at St Arnaud and offers stability within a dynamic local government environment.
You will coordinate maintenance schedules, manage a team, and work with external contractors when needed to ensure safe, efficient operations and timely delivery of services to the community.

This position coordinates and assists the works and parks coordinators to develop maintenance schedules for the capital plant fleet, mechanical workshops and fixed plant.
The position will also assist the Manager Operations to achieve strategic objectives, delivery of programs and services, and lead the personnel of the workshops through effective change and increase efficiency through continual change.
