Job summary

TRM Fencing is expanding across Central Queensland and seeks Construction Supervisors and Leading Hands to lead crews on a range of projects, from high-spec builds to rural works. You’ll be responsible for setting pace on site, planning the day, and maintaining safety and quality standards, with direct access to owners for support and guidance.

Construction or agricultural experience is valuable. So is experience with machinery, tools or trades. Tickets are a bonus.
