Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Leading Hand/Foreman for Sunshine Coast-based civil infrastructure projects. You will lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and work with the Project Manager to deliver on time and to high quality standards.

The role targets candidates with 5+ years in civil construction, especially those with Leading Hand/Foreman backgrounds on road/TMR schemes, and a willingness to operate on the Sunshine Coast.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction.
• Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman.
• Strong background in civil infrastructure and/or TMR projects.
• Confident leading crews and coordinating site activities.

The business has a strong pipeline of civil infrastructure work, including TMR projects, and is looking for someone who can take ownership on site and help drive projects through to completion.
