Job summary

Bold Construction Group is seeking a Supervisor to oversee insurance repair projects across the Gold Coast and Toowoomba region, coordinating trades, managing schedules and ensuring safety and quality workmanship.

You will be the primary liaison between clients, trades and internal teams, planning activities, monitoring progress and driving projects to successful completion in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Building Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• Construction trade background, carpentry highly regarded.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Confidence using technology and project management systems.

As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing insurance repair projects throughout the Gold Coast and Toowoomba region. You'll coordinate trades, manage schedules, communicate with customers and ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. You'll be the key link between our clients, trades and internal teams, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

About you

Previous experience as a Building Supervisor
