Job summary

Townsend Building Services on the Gold Coast is seeking a dual Supervisor/Estimator to support the Gold Coast & Northern Rivers region. You’ll oversee projects from assessment through completion, coordinating materials, trades and scheduling to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll oversee projects from initial assessment through to successful completion. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting site assessments to evaluate damage and prepare clear, accurate estimates, detailed reports, and professional quotes.
• Managing end-to-end project workflows, including material procurement, trade allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
• Performing regular site inspections to monitor progress, uphold quality standards, and ensure compliance with industry and safety regulations.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring outstanding service delivery.
• Enforcing health and safety standards across all job sites, ensuring that all work is carried out in line with safety protocols and legislative requirements.
