Job summary

Townsend Building Services on the Gold Coast is seeking a dual Supervisor/Estimator to support the Gold Coast & Northern Rivers region. You’ll oversee projects from assessment through completion, coordinating materials, trades and scheduling to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates bring on-site leadership, strong estimating and reporting skills, and a customer-focused approach. A trade background and Prime software experience are a bonus; must have Australian working rights and a

Insurance industry experience and project scheduling.
On-site supervisor experience and leadership.
Strong estimating, reporting, and quoting.
Excellent time management and organised under pressure.
Clear communication with clients and trades.
Trade qualification with Prime software is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Conduct site assessments to evaluate damage and prepare estimates, reports and quotes.
Manage end-to-end workflows: procurement, trades, scheduling.
Perform regular site inspections to monitor quality and safety.
Act as main client contact, provide updates and manage expectations.
Enforce health and safety standards across sites.
