Evolve Talent is partnering with a leading Australian insurance builder to identify experienced Supervisors/Estimators for Brisbane and regional locations. You will lead insurance repair and reinstatement projects, from assessment to delivery across residential and commercial claims.

Ideal candidates have a background in insurance building or trades, with strong coordination, leadership and stakeholder management skills. A clear career progression path and supportive leadership are on offer.

The Role

As a Supervisor, Estimator or Supervisor/Estimator, you'll take ownership of insurance repair and reinstatement projects from initial assessment through to completion.

Working across residential and commercial claims, you'll be responsible for scoping works, preparing estimates, coordinating trades, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

No two days are the same. One day you may be assessing storm damage to a residential property, the next managing complex reinstatement works on a major loss commercial project.

Key Responsibilities
