Job summary

Ku-ring-gai Council in Sydney's north seeks a Supervisor – Drainage Maintenance to lead the Road Services team. You will manage drainage programs, ensure assets meet industry standards, and supervise staff to deliver timely, safe outcomes for the community.

Qualifications

• TAFE Certificate in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) and hands-on experience in drainage maintenance.
• Proven ability to supervise, motivate, and develop operational teams.
• Experience engaging contractors and overseeing civil maintenance projects.
• Traffic Control Certificates (or willingness to undertake training) and understanding of WHS requirements.
• Competent in Microsoft Office, databases, and basic surveying.
• Strong written and verbal communication and a commitment to customer service.

• Salary $98,182.78 to $113,892.48 p/a + super
