Job summary

Hart Recruitment – Sydney Western Suburbs NSW is seeking an experienced Senior to lead a client portfolio within a modern accounting and advisory firm. The role offers hybrid/remote flexibility, strong leadership support, and a focus on career progression and quality work.

You will oversee tax compliance and advisory matters, mentor a small team of accountants, and partner with the Partners on client strategy and growth initiatives.

• Senior or Supervisor level experience in public practice.
• Strong technical, client management and leadership skills.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills.

The Role
