Job summary

FourQuarters Recruitment is seeking a Senior Manager for a reputable chartered accounting firm in Sydney, Australia. You’ll own a quality client portfolio, work closely with a Director, and lead a small team with mentoring responsibilities.

On offer is a package up to AU$180k, a genuine pathway to Partnership, broad client exposure, and the flexibility to work from home with flexible hours. A collaborative leadership team supports growth and development.

Qualifications

• Currently working in Business Services & Tax within public practice.
• Experienced Manager or Senior Manager seeking the next step.
• Strong technical and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop staff.
• Experience within a mid-tier or larger accounting firm highly regarded.

An established and growing Chartered Accounting firm in Sydney is looking to appoint a Senior Manager to support continued growth and increasing client demand.

The Opportunity:

You’ll work closely with a Director, taking ownership of a quality client portfolio while providing leadership and mentoring across the team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of business services and tax clients
