Compass Group Pty Limited seeks a Supervisor - Accommodation at Simpson Barracks in Australia. The role runs Monday to Friday with no weekends or public holidays and includes overseeing cleaning and accommodation services, plus free onsite parking.

You will operate with a Defence baseline security clearance, hold Australian citizenship, and manage duties autonomously while upholding safety standards. The team offers a supportive culture and opportunities to grow within the Defence services

Qualificações

• Defence Baseline Security Clearance required and AFP check.
• Full Australian Citizenship due to secure site.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Experience with PPP or Defence garrison support is advantageous.

THE POSITION

• Simpson Barracks
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends or public holidays
• Responsible for overseeing cleaning and accommodation services
• Free Onsite Parking
• Working autonomously on different responsibilities

THE PERSON

The preferred applicant will be required to achieve a Defence Baseline Security Clearance and pass an Australian Federal Police check prior to confirmation of employment

• Hold full Australian Citizenship due to the secure nature of the site
• Hold a valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transportation to get to the base
• Knowledge and experience of Public Private Partnerships (PPP), hotel chain style operational management or Defence Garrison Support Services would be highly advantageous
• Experience in a similar position as a cleaner or housekeeper
• Chemical handling experience is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail and take pride in your work is essential
• Be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills
• An intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft office suite is essential.
• Participate in an after-hours On Call roster
• A positive and friendly attitude
