Job summary

Clough, on the Parklife Metro JV project in Sydney, is seeking a Supervisor to deliver station interior Fit-Out works, coordinate subcontractors, support planning and inspections, and ensure quality and safety on-site.

You will bring experience in Fit-Out/finishes/facade delivery and MEP integration on complex projects, manage subcontractors and construction teams, and apply strong sequencing knowledge with a collaborative leadership style.

Parklife Metro JV is leading the delivery of the Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport project , a landmark transport initiative that will link St Marys to Bradfield and seamlessly connect with the new Western Sydney Airport .

This visionary project driven by a joint venture between Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild includes the construction of six new stations, 12 state-of-the-art metro trains, advanced rail systems, and a modern stabling and maintenance facility at Orchard Hills.

The Opportunity: Supervisor

You will support the successful delivery of Station interior Fit-Out works, coordinating subcontractors, supporting planning and inspections, and ensuring quality and safety compliance on-site. This is an ideal role for someone with previous station, data centre, hospital or commercial Fit-Out experience, looking to contribute to a complex and high-profile infrastructure program.

What We’re Looking For

• Fit-Out/finishes/facade delivery and MEP integration on complex building or infrastructure projects
• Manage subcontractors and construction teams effectively
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and buildability
• A collaborative leader with excellent communication skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering to program

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day site activities for internal Fit-Out, finishes, and façade packages
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, plant and ensure works are delivered on program
• Review and interpret drawings , plans, and ITPs, ensuring delivery aligns with design and quality standards
• Support quality, safety, and commissioning activities
• Identify and resolve on-site issues in collaboration with engineering and construction teams
• Monitor progress, support lookahead planning, and contribute to project reporting
• Work with the Project Managers and Senior Supervisors to create a collaborative team environment to achieve positive outcomes for the project and our clients.
• Maintain progress in line with the construction program.
