Job summary

Green by Nature in Sydney is seeking an experienced horticulturist and people leader to own a portfolio of high-profile client sites and deliver the high-quality work our reputation is built on.

Based at our Huntingwood depot, you will oversee daily operations across multiple sites in South Western Sydney, lead and upskill teams, build strong client relationships, and foster a safety-first culture while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert III in a relevant Trade Qualification.
• Experience leading, developing and motivating teams.
• Strong background in turf, horticulture, landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach with sound decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Current unrestricted driver's licence.
• Willingness to undertake a WWCC and National Police Check.
