Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking an experienced horticulturist and people leader to oversee daily operations across multiple sites in South Western Sydney, delivering excellence in service, safety and presentation while building strong client relationships. You will lead and develop teams, ensure quality and safety, hold a Cert III or higher, maintain a current drivers licence, and complete required checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert III in a relevant Trade Qualification.
• Experience in leading, developing and motivating teams.
• Strong background in turf, horticulture, landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with sound decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to workplace safety, quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Current unrestricted driver's licence.
• Willingness to undertake a WWCC and National Police Check.
