Job summary

BORACK Pty Ltd in Melbourne, VIC seeks an experienced Supervisor to lead racking and warehouse installation projects across client sites. You will oversee teams, coordinate execution, and ensure quality while maintaining safety and timelines.

The role requires strong leadership, site safety discipline, and the ability to interpret technical documents. Reports to management with occasional travel to other locations. Monday–Friday, full-time, Melbourne-based.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in construction or warehouse installation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• White Card, Forklift License and Scissors License, plus a valid Driver's License are required.

Responsibilities

• Project management: plan, coordinate and supervise racking and warehouse installations.
• Lead, mentor and motivate team members to meet project goals.
• Ensure work meets specifications and safety standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct on-site checks.
• Communicate daily goals and site updates with crew and management.
• Manage materials, tools and equipment to align with timelines and budgets.
• Address delays and problems promptly with effective solutions.

As a Supervisor at BORACK Pty Ltd, you will play a key role in leading teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions for our clients. Your leadership and organizational skills will be vital in coordinating tasks, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of racking and warehouse installation projects across various client sites.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to meet project goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to specifications and industry best practices.
• Safety Oversight: Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols, conducting regular checks to minimize risks on-site.
• Communication: Effectively communicate daily goals, site updates, and requirements with the crew, management, and operations using appropriate channels.
• Resource Allocation: Manage materials, tools, and equipment effectively to optimize project timelines and budgets.
• Problem-Solving: Address challenges or delays promptly, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade or industry certifications are highly desirable.
