Job summary

POP MART is opening a brand-new Highpoint store in Melbourne and we’re seeking energetic Store Supervisors (3ICs) to lead a large, diverse team during peak periods. This is a hands-on leadership role with scope to grow into Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager positions.

You’ll coach staff, drive sales and KPIs, manage stock and merchandising, and maintain a safe, engaging store environment. Fluent English is required; Mandarin is a bonus.

• Experience leading large retail teams.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a 7‑day roster, including mornings/evenings.

What You'll Do

Lead & Coach the Team

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in supervising daily operations
• Coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Help uplift team energy, confidence, and capability

Drive Sales & KPI Performance

• Break down daily KPIs and help the team stay focused
• Motivate staff to meet and exceed sales targets

Keep the Store Looking Amazing

• Oversee stock control, replenishment, and visual merchandising presentation
• Support fast turnaround of new releases and merchandise updates

Operational Ownership

• Handle escalated customer issues with confidence and professionalism
• Maintain store compliance and safety standards
• Report maintenance needs and ensure a clean, safe environment

Who You Are

• Experienced retail leader (Supervisor, Senior Team Member, or 3IC)
• Comfortable supervising large teams of up to 20+ people
• Positive, proactive, and a genuine team player
• Passionate about customer experience and fast‑paced environments
• Strong communicator who can coach, motivate, and inspire
• Solid understanding of stock management, visual merchandising, and store operations
• Thrives under pressure and adapts quickly
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a bonus
• Available for a 7‑day roster, including mornings and evenings (shopping centre trading hours), with two consecutive days off each week
