POP MART Australia is seeking an experienced Store Supervisor (3IC) to support our retail leadership team across Brisbane. This permanent full-time role offers exposure to daily operations, people leadership, and commercial performance in a fast-paced environment.

Availability Requirements

• This is a permanent full-time position averaging 38 hours per week.
• Flexible availability across all 7 days is required.
• Typical rosters include weekends, late-night trading and public holidays.
• We aim to provide structured rosters with two consecutive days off in a standard week, supporting work-life balance and roster consistency.
• As a retail business, flexibility is required throughout the week to support customer demand, peak trading periods and special events.
• Availability throughout our peak trading season (November to January) is essential.
