Qualifications

• S26 Supervisory Qualification is essential.
• High Risk Work Licence for crane classes.
• Proven shutdown or mining project experience.
• Strong ability to lead crews in high-pressure environments.
• Solid understanding of safe systems of work and lift planning.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening.
• Calm and solutions-focused leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead shutdowns across WA, building consistent, high-performing crane crews.
• Direct and coordinate crews to ensure safety, efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Oversee lift planning and adherence to safe systems of work.
• Communicate effectively with site teams and management.
• Travel with crews; manage accommodation and meals arrangements as required.

• S26 Supervisory Qualification (Essential)
• High Risk Work Licence (relevant crane classes)
• Proven shutdown and/or mining project experience
• Strong ability to lead crews in high-pressure environments
• Solid understanding of safe systems of work and lift planning
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Current Driver’s Licence
