Job summary

Linkforce Engineering is seeking several experienced Supervisors for shutdown, maintenance and project works across Australia in a casual FIFO role.

You will lead crews across fixed plant shutdowns, manage day-to-day tasks, plan work, liaise with clients, and ensure QA/QC and HSEQ compliance. This role offers reliable, long-term opportunities with a national contractor and mobility to Perth and regional WA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in Shutdown as Leading Hand or Supervisor.
• Heavy Fabrication or Mechanical Fitting trade qualification (AU/NZ recognised).
• Current Australian Drivers Licence and Construction White Card.
• Schedule 26 training/qualification.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Ability to communicate effectively across the business, verbally and in writing.
• National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise works to meet client and company specifications.
• Lead a team of trade and non-trade personnel to deliver key outputs.
• Liaise with clients and site personnel.
• Plan and schedule work and labour requirements.
• Monitor progress against the work schedule.
• Record and monitor team performance and mentor where needed.
• Conduct incident investigations and QA/QC inspections.
• Ensure adherence to HSEQ standards and procedures.
