Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a Supervisor to lead and motivate an operational team to deliver safe, efficient and reliable outcomes. You will coordinate day-to-day activities and manage performance against targets.

You'll also drive rostering, cost management and productivity targets, coach frontline staff, ensure safety and compliance, and monitor service levels to deliver positive customer outcomes. We welcome diverse backgrounds and offer growth opportunities.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, safety and operational efficiency.

You'll also

• Bring demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing frontline operational teams.
• Have a strong understanding of operational safety, compliance and Chain of Responsibility requirements.
• Be experienced in managing performance, resolving conflict and working within a unionised environment.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using operational data to support decision-making.
• Bring experience in rostering, cost management, productivity targets and continuous improvement.
