Job summary

Adelaide Croatia Raiders is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own subdivision and civil infrastructure programs from start to finish in NSW. You will lead multi-disciplinary site teams and drive safe, profitable delivery on time and to quality standards.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, 8+ years' experience delivering large subdivision projects, and strong budgeting, forecasting and contract administration skills.

• Experience managing projects valued from $10M–$100M.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and contract administration skills.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take full ownership of subdivision projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, profitable, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of multiple residential subdivision and civil infrastructure projects.
• Lead and mentor Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and site teams.
• Develop and manage project programs, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and commercial performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality management systems.
• Monitor project risks, variations, and cost control to maximise project outcomes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and project performance updates for senior management.

About You

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8+ years' experience delivering subdivision or civil infrastructure projects with a civil contractor.
• Proven experience managing projects valued from $10M–$100M.
• Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound knowledge of Australian construction standards and civil construction methodologies.
