Job summary

MW Recruitment is seeking a Senior Client Manager Supervisor – Business Services to lead a small team while owning a portfolio of clients in a well-established Australian firm.

You will review work, mentor junior accountants, and engage in advisory and CFO-style work, with exposure to offshore teams and direct client interaction.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification required.
• 5+ years Australian public practice experience.
• Business Services background essential.
• Experience reviewing and mentoring junior staff.
• Strong accounting and tax knowledge; confident with client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage own client portfolio, generally up to $10m turnover.

• Attend client meetings and build lasting relationships.

Senior Client Manager Supervisor – Business Services

Are you a Senior Accountant ready to step up, or a Supervisor looking for a clear path to Manager? This role offers client ownership, team leadership and growing advisory exposure.

THE FIRM

A well-established 2 Partner accounting firm with 25 onshore staff and a growing offshore team. The firm provides Business Services, SMSF, Audit, Bookkeeping, Financial Planning, CFO and Advisory services.

THE ROLE

You will manage your own portfolio while reviewing work and supporting a small team.

• Manage clients, generally up to $10m turnover
• Exposure to larger clients up to $100m
• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns
• Review and mentor junior accountants
• Manage workflow and deadlinesAttend client meetings and build relationships
• Gain exposure to advisory and CFO-style work
• Work with offshore teams
