MW Recruitment is seeking a Supervisor / Client Manager to oversee a portfolio of SME clients and lead a small team in Brisbane. You will manage engagements, review compliance and advisory work, and contribute to CFO-style advisory as the service grows.

You will work on a mix of local clients and offshore collaboration, with flexible 2 days WFH on average and a clear pathway to Manager. The role requires strong client relationship skills and experience in Australian public practice within

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Australian public practice experience in Business Services.
• Experience reviewing work and supervising junior staff.
• Confident dealing with clients and attending client meetings.
• Experience working with offshore teams is highly regarded.

2 Partner firm has a team of 25 onshore, supported by a growing offshore team in the Philippines. The firm is made up of CA and CPA qualified accountants and offers Business Services, SMSF, Audit, Bookkeeping and Financial Planning, with a CFO and advisory service that is growing fast. It has a close-knit, professional culture where accountants are involved directly with clients.

THE ROLE

As Supervisor / Client Manager you will look after your own portfolio of business clients and lead a small team. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of SME clients with turnovers of up to $10 million
• Opportunity to work on clients up to $100 million
• Industry exposure including medical and allied health, professional services, management letting rights and primary production
• Preparing and reviewing compliance and advisory work
• Attending client meetings and building strong client relationships
• Contributing to advisory and CFO-style engagements as the service grows
