The Role

As a Duty Manager, you will help lead the team during your shift and ensure the store runs smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Leading and motivating team members on shift
• Supporting smooth day-to-day store operations
• Opening and closing the store
• Managing busy periods and problem-solving on the floor
• Supporting staff training and development
• Maintaining high standards of store presentation, safety and compliance

About You

You might be an experienced Duty Manager or Supervisor ready for your next career move.
