An opportunity exists for aSuperintendent Hostingto join the Technology Operations team in Perth.
Reporting to the Manager Hybrid Cloud, you will be responsible for the delivery, operation and continual improvement of Hancock Iron Ore’s (HIO) on-premises and cloud-hosted infrastructure. Leading a high-performing team, you will be accountable for ensuring our critical hosting services are reliable, secure, efficient and aligned with business, operational and technology requirements. This influential leadership role will oversee service delivery, operational governance, vendor performance, financial management and infrastructure lifecycle planning, while championing automation, AI-enabled capabilities and modern operational practices to deliver stronger service reliability and business outcomes.
