Future Group seeks a Superannuation Operations Specialist – Incident & Remediation for a six-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on identifying, assessing and managing incidents and remediation activities across the Fund and its service providers, in collaboration with senior Fund Operations colleagues.

You'll gather information, analyse root causes, assess impacts on members and financial outcomes, and support governance and remediation outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify, assess and manage incidents, breaches and remediation activities in the fund and its service providers.
• Gather information, review incident assessments and analyse root causes to understand impacts on members and financial outcomes.
• Assist with reviewing remediation proposals, tracking actions and ensuring documentation and follow-through.
