Job summary
Team Rehab Solutions on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to join our community care team. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours Monday–Friday, with a company vehicle and laptop to support mobile community work.
You will deliver holistic, person-centred care across diverse settings, supported by a $2,000 CPD allowance and regular mentoring. Join a collaborative team and enjoy staff discounts and wellbeing support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology is required.
- Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with Exercise & Sports Science Australia.
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- Minimum two years' experience preferred.
- NDIS experience is highly regarded but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a people-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Build genuine relationships with patients and deliver holistic, person-centred care.
- Support a diverse community caseload across NDIS, DVA, private health, and Workcover.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Grow clinical interests and contribute to high-standard community care.
