Access Aged Care is seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to provide on-site care within Residential Aged Care Homes across the Sunshine Coast. Weekday hours only, with dedicated nursing support and telehealth backup to ensure efficient rounds.

You will conduct regular weekly rounds, build long-term relationships with residents and families, and coordinate care plans with homes. A laptop and tech-friendly approach are required.

Qualificações

• Current AHPRA Specialist Registration as a General Practitioner.
• RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required (or nearing completion).
• Availability of 1-4 days per week.
• Comfortable with technology and clinical software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site care within Residential Aged Care Homes across the Sunshine Coast.
• Conduct regular weekly rounds for a consistent resident cohort.
• Coordinate with nurses and telehealth staff for follow-up care.
