Job summary

Job Access is recruiting General Practitioners to provide on-site care in Residential Aged Care Homes across Ingham and surrounding regions. This role offers weekday hours with no after-hours requirements and built-in nursing support to streamline rounds and follow-up care.

You will deliver proactive, relationship-based care to a consistent group of residents, supported by telehealth geriatricians and specialists for complex decisions and preventive care. Laptops and tech aptitude are essential.

Qualifications

• AHPRA GP Specialist Registration is required.
• RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required or nearing completion.
• Availability of 1 day per week initially.
• Comfort with technology and clinical software.
• Must provide own laptop.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site GP care within Residential Aged Care Homes.
• Work weekday sessions with dedicated nursing support.
• Collaborate with telehealth geriatricians and specialists.
