Access Aged Care is seeking General Practitioners to provide on-site care within Residential Aged Care Homes across Ingham and surrounding regions. This opportunity offers weekday hours only, with no after-hours, weekends or on-call requirements.

You will work with a consistent cohort of residents and have dedicated nursing support coordinating care plans and follow-up care. Supported by telehealth geriatricians and specialists, you will deliver proactive, relationship-based care with

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Specialist Registration as a General Practitioner.
• RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required (or nearing completion).
• Availability of 1 day per week initially, with opportunity to increase.
• Comfortable with technology, including system-based reporting and common clinical software.
• A personal laptop is required to perform the duties of this role.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site care within Residential Aged Care Homes across Ingham and surrounding regions.
