Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Australia is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors specialist to lead recruiting and onboarding projects for our APAC clients. You will gather requirements, design configurations, test, deploy, and provide hyper-care support post go-live, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the region.

The role offers exposure to global enterprises, opportunities to implement US onboarding compliance, and hands-on work with APIs, reporting, and e-signature

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of SuccessFactors experience with minimum 2 end-to-end implementations in Recruiting and Onboarding, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment and hyper care support post go-live.
• Experience with Recruiting configurations: Job Requisitions, Applications, Candidate Profiles, Offers, Position Management integration, Employee Central to Recruiting integrations.
• Understanding Recruiting Posting, Job boards and social media for employer branding to improve system design.
• Extensive Onboarding Business Rules experience, including integration with Recruiting management (RCM), Employee Central (EC).
• Hands-on experience in RCM Data Models customization.
• Experience with ad hoc reporting and Story reports.
• Good understanding of OData APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, Compound Employee API, Intelligent Services, Integration Center, and event-based integrations with data synchronization issues across RCM, ONB, EC, and downstream systems.
• Deep hands-on experience with Onboarding Compliance Forms and Form I-9 customization.
• Experience with e-Signature integrations such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign and implementing US-specific onboarding and employment compliance processes.
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues involving I-9 + Compliance Forms + e-Signature + Document Generation.

Key Skills & Responsibilities-

• 3 to 6 Years of SuccessFactors with minimum 2 End-End-To Implementations in Recruiting and Onboarding.including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment and hyper care support post go live.
• Experience with all SuccessFactors Recruiting configurations associated with Job Requisitions, Applications, Candidate Profiles, Offers, Position Management integration, Applicant Statuses and Employee Central to Recruiting integrations
• Should understand Recruiting Posting, Job boards and Social Media platform to make the system design more efficient as per employer branding.
• Extensive experience with Onboarding Business Rules, including integration with Recruiting management (RCM), Employee Central (EC).
• Hands on experience in RCM Data Models customization
• Experience with Ad hoc reporting and Story reports
