Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Australia is leading digital initiatives for enterprises across sectors. This role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors Learning, PMGM and LMS project delivery with strong integration and reporting requirements.

You will collaborate with global experts, drive incident resolution, and help shape a learning roadmap aligned with client goals and organizational growth in Australia and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 end-to-end LMS implementations (PMGM)
• Experience in integration with BizX, HRIS Sync, Icontent and Proxy Configuration
• Hands-on LMS reporting with BIRT/PRD
• Experience with LMS connectors and system configuration
• Experience connecting with 3rd party LMS content providers (TACO, SkillSoft)
• Knowledge of identifying talent gaps with career paths linked to development plans (via SAP SuccessFactors Learning)
• Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
• Experience handling incidents with strong error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end LMS implementations across modules.
• Integrate with BizX, HRIS Sync, Icontent and Proxy configurations.
• Develop LMS reports using BIRT/PRD.
• Configure connectors and system properties in LMS.
• Collaborate with 3rd party LMS content providers (TACO, SkillSoft).
• Map talent gaps to development plans and learning activities.
• Perform gap analyses and craft strategic roadmaps.
• Handle incidents with effective error analysis and troubleshooting.

Key Skills and Responsibilities-

• Minimum 3 - 6 End-End-To Implementations in LMS, PMGM
• Experience in Integration with BizX, HRIS Sync and Icontent and Proxy Configuration
• Hands on experience in LMS Reporting BIRT/PRD
• Good experience in Connectors, Properties of Connectors, System configuration, Custom column, APMs, various tools available in LMS
• Experience in connecting with 3rd party LMS content providers (TACO, SkillSoft)
• Knowledge in identifying the talent gaps with career paths that link to development plans and learning activities (through SAP SuccessFactors Learning)
• Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
• Experience in handling incidents and well versed in error analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving.
