News Corp Australia is seeking a data-driven Engagement and Retention professional to drive subscription growth across mastheads. You will lead the engagement engine, focusing on onboarding, reboarding, app adoption, and multi-channel communications to maximise customer lifetime value.

In this role, you will partner with marketing, editorial, technology and operations to implement GTM strategies, monitor churn metrics, and optimise online journeys for higher retention and revenue across

Qualifications

• Proven experience driving engagement, retention, and subscription growth through data-driven marketing.
• Strong financial literacy with ability to translate data into bottom-line impact.
• High attention to detail and tech-savviness with multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the long-term subscription retention vision, focusing on onboarding/reboarding and product launches.
• Design and run experimentation roadmaps with A/B testing and UX improvements to reduce attrition.
• Identify high-risk churn segments and create automated, personalised, multi-channel plans.
• Partner with marketing, editorial, technology, operations, and content teams to close retention gaps.
• Monitor, optimise and report on campaign performance, DAU trends, and attrition metrics.
