You will oversee the submissions lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and quality. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in submissions or bid management in infrastructure, with strong writing and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications

• 7–10+ years’ experience in submissions or bid management within infrastructure or construction.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full submissions lifecycle from opportunity planning through to lodgement.
• Write, edit and review compelling, compliant and client‑focused content.
• Manage submission schedules, inputs and review cycles.
• Support bid strategy development, win themes and positioning.
• Oversee production quality and document consistency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of submissions processes and tool.
