Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global cybersecurity leader, seeks an experienced partner subcontracting manager to oversee subcontractor relationships within Professional Services in Australia. You will enable delivery capabilities, ensure successful subcontracted services, and collaborate with regional leaders on onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services, delivery management, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or related field
• Proven track record in partner enablement and program management
• Experience tracking customer satisfaction and success metrics
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity services and delivery methodologies
• Experience in contract management and vendor relations
• Excellent project/program management
• Strong business acumen and financial analysis
• Outstanding communication and relationship management
• Ability to manage complex partner relationships
• Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience leveraging AI technologies to improve workflows and outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead partner evaluation and onboarding of subcontracting partners
• Collaborate with regional leaders to prioritize subcontractor onboarding and management
• Develop and drive enablement processes for CrowdStrike subcontracting partners
• Manage legal and IT onboarding requirements for CrowdStrike services subcontracting partners
• Oversee project management standards and delivery methodology for services delivery subcontractors
• Monitor subcontractor performance, capacity, and financial metrics
• Develop new subcontracted services offerings with services leadership
• Maintain documentation including user guides, runbooks and workflows
• Manage the partner services catalog
• Provide delivery support and guidance to partners
• Support cross-functional staff in staffing subcontracted engagements
• Optimize subcontractor operations using AI tools
