Stylerunner Highpoint is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering an elevated customer experience. You will work closely with Store and Area Managers to identify opportunities for performance and progression for you and your team.

You’ll lead day-to-day operations, coach staff, and drive sales while building your leadership career with a premium activewear brand that champions women’s strength and style.

• Leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar).
• Confident communication and people leadership skills.
• Proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance.
• Strong organisation, time management and operational know-how.
• Calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environment.
• Ready to work a Sunday-Thursday roster.

About The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader.

You’ll work closely with your Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance and progression — for both you and your team.
