Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking an experienced Studio Operations Manager for its architecture practice. The role focuses on optimizing studio operations, improving processes, and supporting growth.

You will work with Directors and senior leaders to drive efficiency across BIM, IT, resourcing, and project profitability, while implementing QA standards and digital delivery workflows.

• Experience in architecture/design practice with ops, technical and commercial expertise.

• Resourcing – overseeing team capacity, workload planning, utilisation and future resource requirements.

Studio Operations Manager - Architecture

An established architecture practice is seeking an experienced Studio Operations Manager to oversee the operational, technical and commercial performance of the studio.

Working closely with the Directors and senior leadership team, the role will focus on optimising studio operations, improving systems and processes, and supporting the continued growth of the practice.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

Studio Operations & Performance – improving processes, systems, efficiency and overall studio performance.

Quality Assurance – establishing and maintaining studio-wide QA standards and processes.

BIM & Digital Delivery – overseeing BIM strategy, Revit standards, digital workflows and technology adoption.

IT & Systems – managing the practice’s technology, software and digital infrastructure.
