Light & Wonder’s Lightning Box studio in Sydney seeks a Studio Lead / Office Manager to run daily operations and cultivate a positive, productive work environment for designers, artists, and coders. You’ll be the hub for facilities, onboarding, and cross‑team collaboration, reporting to the VP of Game Studios NorAm, while partnering with global teams to align game delivery and studio workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in office management or studio operations.
• Experience in game development, digital entertainment, or iGaming studio is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support production teams with scheduling, meeting logistics, and cross‑team communication.
• Coordinate with global teams to maintain visibility of the Lightning Box roadmap.
• Align with partner teams to ensure game delivery and studio management.
• Own day‑to‑day studio operations including facilities, vendors, and office needs.
• Manage workspace layout, equipment, and supplies for dev teams.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding logistics, workstations, access, seating, and orientation.
• Plan and run studio events, offsites, milestones, and visitor schedules.
• Manage relationships with landlords, IT/vendors, and service contracts.
• Support budget tracking for office and studio operations and procurement.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Studio Leadership on health & safety and policy.
