Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Cert III in Fitness is required; strength & conditioning experience is a bonus.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales, growth and retention targets.
• People person with a growth mindset and high energy.

• Deliver an exceptional member experience by coaching and building a vibrant community.
• Drive business growth through sales, retention, partnerships and program uptake (e.g., 8-Week Challenge).

What you’ll do:

Deliver an exceptional member experience: Coach with confidence, create a vibrant community atmosphere and ensure every member feels supported and inspired.

Drive business growth: Lead the charge on sales, retention, partnerships and the uptake of key programs (like our 8-Week Challenge).

Lead and collaborate: Partner with the Assistant Studio Manager to align on goals, manage day-to-day operations, and nurture a positive, high-performing team culture.

What we’re looking for:

Management Experience: At least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the fitness industry.

Fitness Credentials: Cert III in Fitness (strength & conditioning experience is a bonus).

Proven Performer: A track record of exceeding sales, growth, and retention targets.

People Person: Outgoing, reliable, and passionate about connecting with others.
