Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Cert III in Fitness; strength & conditioning experience is a bonus.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales, growth, and retention targets.

• Drive business growth through sales, retention, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Studio Manager on daily operations.
