Today is Australia’s most awarded social impact agency. We are a design and technology studio for social innovation, with the purpose of making positive change happen at pace and at scale.

This permanent, full-time Studio & Community Experience Manager role looks after how it feels to work at and visit Today. It owns studio operations, team experience, people processes and storytelling, based in Naarm (Melbourne) with responsibility for studios across Sydney and Canberra as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience running a studio, office or shared workplace.
• Experience planning and delivering team and client-facing events.
• Ability to manage budgets, suppliers and procurement.
• Strong content skills across social and digital, with copywriting and visual ability (Figma).
• Warm, approachable demeanor and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Run studio spaces day to day and keep them clean, safe and stocked.
• Own budget, suppliers, procurement and assets, upholding ethical standards.
• Host team and clients, greet guests and set up rooms for workshops.
• Steward rituals and run regular team moments and events.
• Support social and digital content from brief to publish, manage online community.
