Today is Australia’s most awarded social impact agency. We’re hiring a Studio & Community Experience Manager to own how it feels to work at and visit Today, covering studio operations, team experience, people processes and storytelling.

This permanent, full-time role involves running the studio day-to-day, hosting our team and clients, coordinating events and rituals, and supporting content creation across social channels and newsletters.

Qualifications

• Experience running a studio, office or shared workplace and owning how it looks, feels and functions.
• Delivery of team and client-facing events.
• Strong budget, supplier and procurement management.
• Content skills across social and digital, with some copywriting and visual ability (Figma).

Responsibilities

• Run studio spaces day to day, keep them clean, safe, stocked and ready for the week.
• Own the budget, suppliers, procurement and assets, applying our ethical standards.
• Host team and clients, greet guests and set up rooms for workshops
• Steward rituals and run regular team moments and events
• Support content creation for social, digital, and newsletters
• Lend copywriting and visual support to case studies and proposals
• Own onboarding and offboarding so new starters feel supported
• Coordinate hiring logistics with the People team on HR admin and data
