Job summary

The University of Melbourne is seeking a proactive Students and Programs Officer to coordinate administration for the Doctor of Medicine program and student lifecycle, including enrolments, timetabling, assessments and policy compliance. You will support clinical placements, tutor recruitment, and data processing while driving service improvements to enhance the student experience.

Qualifications

  • Hold a relevant degree and bring experience in student administration or comparable complex service environments.
  • Demonstrate strong planning, prioritisation and time management skills across multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
  • Deliver high-quality client service while building effective relationships with students, academics and professional colleagues.
  • Apply meticulous attention to detail when managing assessment data, compliance records and student lifecycle processes.
  • Use advanced skills in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email to support program delivery.
