Job summary

Flinders University is seeking a Coordinator, Enrolment and Student Progress to join the Student Administration Services team at Flinders Medical Centre, Bedford Park. You’ll coordinate enrolment and student progress services, provide expert advice, and support initiatives that enhance the student experience and retention.

• Experience coordinating enrolment or student services in a large complex organisation.
• Ability to interpret higher education policies and advise senior staff.
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills with clear reporting.
• Ability to lead and foster a positive team culture and drive service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on enrolment, course planning and student progress to staff, students and stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery of high-quality enrolment and student progress services and resolve complex enquiries.
• Support university-wide enrolment activities and student success initiatives to improve retention.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes, systems and service delivery practices.
